Willie Redmond

Mr. Willie Earl Redmond passed away August 25, 2023.

Mr. Redmond was born in Belzoni, MS on November 7, 1960 to Jimmy Redmond and Floria Mae Johnson. He moved to Chicago at a young age and graduated from Simeon High School. 

Mr Redmond was a truck driver for many years. He was generous, funny and a great Dad. He imparted life skills into all his children, teaching the girls automotive skills and the boys how to cook.His lasanga was restaurant worthy.  He would help anyone in need, if he could.

Mr Redmond was preceded in death by his parents; hs wife, Delma; a daughter Collette and a brother A J Redmond and several sisters.

Left to cherish his memory are his chdren, Roslynn Devers, Ashleigh Redmond, Marcus Devers and Justin Dever and an brother Andrew Johnson. 

Mr. Redmond was cremated and a service will be held in Chicago at a later date.
