Terri Rae Smith

Terri Rae Smith peacefully passed away December 3, 2021 at her home.

A Memorial service will be held at a later time.

Terri was born February 3, 1952 to Jack and Helen (Baker) Clegg in Rock Island, IL. She attended and graduated from East Moline High School. She was employed as an accounting and billing specialist at a doctor's office.

Terri leaves behind a devoted husband, Michael Smith; her children Terry (Shelly) Cardofo and Adam (Robin) Cardofo; her siblings, Tim Clegg, Ted (Lu) Clegg and her grandchildren, Tyler, Aiden, Jackson and Isabella; her in laws, David (Angela) Sweet, Dennis (Mary) Smith and Joe (Denise) Smith along with exteded family and friends.
