Linda Bisignano, restaurateur and owner of Chuck's Restaurant in Highland Park, passed away on November 11, 2013. She was 64 years old. Linda's family opened Chuck's in 1956. After her father passed away, Linda took over as manager. Her legacy of feeding the poor, hungry, and elderly during the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons will go on this year as planned....
